Our Mission

To make professional-grade safety briefings, inspections, and Job Hazard Analyses accessible to every construction company in America — from the solo subcontractor running a two-person crew to the safety director overseeing multiple sites.

Why We Built This

The safety software market has a gap. At one end, paper toolbox talks photocopied from union materials or pulled off OSHA's public site — free, but static, generic, and hard to document. At the other end, enterprise EH&S platforms that cost $500 to $2,000 per month, require IT involvement, a six-month implementation, and dedicated training for everyone who touches them.

In between, there's nothing built for the actual day-to-day reality of the people running safety on a job site. The foreman who has ten minutes before his crew starts. The safety manager who needs audit-ready documentation but can't justify a six-figure platform. The solo subcontractor who wants to look professional to win bigger jobs.

That gap is what SafeBrief was built to close. Our Approach

SafeBrief is opinionated about a few things, and we'd rather be clear about them up front than discover them mid-implementation:

• Mobile first, always. Crews work in the field, not at a desk. Every feature is designed to work on a phone with gloved hands in bright sun on a spotty connection.
• Real OSHA citations, not vague platitudes. When SafeBrief references a standard, it cites the actual CFR — 29 CFR 1926.502, 1910.147, 1926.1153. We treat our users as professionals.
• Bilingual, not translated as an afterthought. Every label, every toolbox talk, every PDF, every quiz works in English and Spanish. Mixed-language crews don't get a second-class experience.
• Weather-aware by default. The hazards your crew faces today depend on the conditions outside today. SafeBrief pulls real-time weather for your job site's zip code and adjusts the briefing accordingly.
• A free tier that's actually useful. The free tier generates unlimited talks, runs unlimited site checks and quizzes, exports PDFs with sign-in sheets, and does it all bilingually. We don't believe in fake free tiers that exist to trap you into upgrading.
